Professional development for schools & districts
Small, intentional shifts in the classroom free up time for what matters most: real connection with students. Workshops and coaching for educators across New England, in person and virtual.
The idea
A clear, practiced way to line up at the door. Nothing dramatic, just intentional.
1–2 min
saved every transition, plus far less time spent redirecting.
Those reclaimed minutes become moments to check in with students and build relationships.
You don't need to overhaul what you do. This is about choosing one thing, on purpose.
The approach
Each time through the cycle plants one seed. Over a year, those seeds add up across the whole learning environment.
What is happening?
Look closely at a moment in your day and where time or energy slips away.
What could be possible?
Picture that moment at its best, for you and for your students.
What small thing can I try?
Choose one specific shift, simple enough to start tomorrow.
What did I learn?
Keep what worked, adjust what didn't, and choose your next seed.
Then the cycle begins again.
Work with me
One small, intentional shift becomes a teacher-led path to lasting impact. Educators leave with one shift they're ready to try right away.
Tailored to your curriculum, instructional priorities, and school or district goals, planned together with your leadership team.
Multiple sessions across the year for implementation, reflection, and growth, so the work keeps going after day one.
For individual schools, districts, educator teams, and professional organizations.
Ongoing support for individual educators: a new seed to try each month, practical tools, and space to reflect.
In development: a follow-up workshop on what to do with the time you get back, and how to build relationship-building into a typical day and week.
About
Educator · Curriculum Designer · Facilitator
I spent more than twelve years in classrooms, including elementary and special education. What I love most is helping educators find their "why" and turn it into small, doable steps.
Today I design curriculum and lead workshops for adult learners, and I bring that same practical, compassionate approach to schools across New England.
